Police Box in Color, and New Flavors

I’ve been sadly neglecting this poor blog, but only because so many other interesting things are in the works. We’re aiming to go to Arisia this January, and have a long list of geeky molds planned; there should be plenty of new material coming up soon!

In the meantime, here’s a sneak preview of our chocolate police box (I hear the BBC gets a bit grumpy about references to a certain popular TV show) done up in color!

We also have two new exciting flavors; Gold Dust, which is dark chocolate with honey dust and ground mustardseed, and an as-yet-unnamed dark chocolate with freeze-dried raspberries and ginger. Our usual “free bar to anyone who comes up with a name we like enough to use” policy still holds, so give us suggestions! And if you (like me) had never heard of honey dust, it’s tiny particles of crystallized honey– crunchy, like finely-ground toffee, but with a honey flavor instead of a caramel flavor. Yum!

I’ve had several people request a how-to for the D&D dice mold I created for a client’s cupcake-topper chocolate dice. So, here’s a step-by-step tutorial for this:
