I’ve never managed a regular blog before, and I doubt I will now. My intent here is simple: I do lots of cool projects, both chocolate and non-chocolate-related. I’d like to share my cool projects, and more to the point, I’d like to record for my own future memory and the edification of anyone interested how exactly I did them. I’ll post irregularly, whenever I have a new tutorial to share or awesome thing to show off. I hope these posts will be educational and entertaining. Please feel free to ask questions, share links, and point me in the direction of other artisans and craftspeople that I can learn from.
